Dorothy White to head new Jet Aviation sales office at St. Louis Downtown Airport offering aircraft management and charter support services

Jet Aviation has opened a new aircraft management and charter support services sales office in its FBO facilities at the St. Louis Downtown Airport in Cahokia, Ill. The company has also named Dorothy White as regional sales director for charter support services and aircraft management at the facility.

As current president of the Greater St. Louis Business Aviation Association (GSLBAA), one of the oldest local professional aviation associations in the country, Dorothy White brings more than 23 years of private aviation industry experience to Jet Aviation. Prior to joining the company, she served as regional vice president of sales for The Air Group. White is responsible for aircraft management and charter support services for clients based west of Missouri, including Kansas, Idaho, Utah and regions of Colorado, Washington and California.

"Since the opening of our new sales office, demand in the Midwest for charter and aircraft management services from business and leisure fliers has been incredibly strong," said Dorothy White. "Commercial cutbacks on flights and routes in many of the markets we serve have made private aviation an even more attractive alternative." Robert Seidel, senior vice president and general manager of Jet Aviation’s U.S. aircraft management and charter support services adds," our new St. Louis sales office adds another dimension to our U.S. presence, allowing us to offer Midwest clients the convenience of an on-site regional sales director and the availability of charter aircraft managed by Jet Aviation based in this region."

Jet Aviation’s aircraft management services include an array of offerings, from maintenance coordination to crew staffing, for clients who want an experienced aviation company to manage the daily business and functional aspects of aircraft ownership. The company can assist aircraft owners and operators as a personal flight department, providing customized assistance to help owners optimize their asset’s lifecycle, minimize the associated risks of aircraft ownership, and generate charter revenues that contribute to reducing the fixed costs of owning an aircraft. Partnership opportunities are also available for operators interested in obtaining charter revenue while still retaining full control of their aircraft.
